Ownership of all web sites should be that of the Client,  not the company who built it.  Unless previously discussed and agreed.  All of the web sites we manage are property of our clients after delivery and payment

Placement of Video from web sites like "youtube" and other is becoming very common.  We can also provide clients the ability to upload their own videos and sound files to publish on their web sites.  These files can be streamed in from other sites, or then can uploaded directly to the web site (correct file sizing must be done first)
