Web Design

Like a magazine your web site design is the front cover of your business. Once internet visitors find their way to your website, the design is basically in charge of making sure they "do something"  or what is called a "call to action."   This means their attention must be captivated, holding their intrest and providing them with some sense of satisfaction, intrigue, while taking advantage of their curiosity.  While the website design must work or even overlap with content and internet marketing, if it's not professionally appealing your internet visitor will be gone in seconds.

While all of our websites can be managed with a professional control panel by our clients,  this does give our clients the choice of managing the website themselves, or partnering with us to assist them insuring professional page layout to make the overall website impression a memorable experience to be "bookmarked,"  "sent to a friend," and revisited.

All of our designs are tested accross all top web browsers and insure a user-centred experience.  This means each user will find their own way of searching, and navigating your site.  One of the methods we always reccomend is providing more than one menu or navigation area. For example computer users of all ages use the same software on most of thier residential computers, however, each will find their way into the computer by clicking on different butons, menus, and methods all find their way to the same things they want to use.  This same experience also happens with website designs.

Our approach to web site design is effective and basic:

  • Identify the goals of  your web site by understanding you business, marketing, challenges, and your customers
  • Identify your customers needs and target usability requirements
  • Evaluate existing versions of the site, if it exists
  • Define a creative brief (colors, logos, look and feel)
  • Review a competitive analysis
  • Produce a Draft Concept
  • Revisions and reviews for your approval
  • Installation and Validation with your new website content management system
